Stephen's journey in hospitality began at the prestigious Old Edwards Inn & Spa, where he developed a deep passion for luxury service and unforgettable guest experiences. At Old Edwards Inn, he quickly distinguished himself by overseeing the estate concierge program and managing some of the Inn's most exclusive properties. Whether coordinating private chef dinners, curating bespoke celebrations, or orchestrating perfectly tailored guest experiences. Stephen learned firsthand what it takes to exceed expectations at every turn.

Building on this foundation, Stephen went on to serve as Director of Operations for distinguished hospitality properties: Highlander Mountain House & Outpost Inn. He deepened his expertise in high-end service and property oversight. This experience equipped him with an exceptional understanding of both the operational and experiential sides of luxury stays.

Driven by a vision to elevate vacation homes and short-term rentals beyond the standard offerings, Stephen founded The Highlands Concierge. Under his leadership, the company has achieved and extraordinary milestone -- 130 consecutive 5-star reviews on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO -- by treating every detail of every guest's stay with personal care, intentional design, and unmatched service.

After building that reputation for excellence, Stephen took a short break from day-to-day operations at The Highlands Concierge to launch his next venture: The Airbnb Doctor. This new company is rooted in a simple but powerful mission--to make independent short-term rental owners successful without the burden of expensive and ineffective property management companies that often underdeliver and overcharge.

With The Airbnb Doctor, Stephen champions the homeowner first approach. Instead of complex fee schedules and opaque services, The Airbnb Doctor offers transparent, results-driven support and charges just 8% per stay--a module designed to ensure that owners earn much more from their properties, not less. By combing strategic listing optimization, thoughtful guest communication, smart pricing, and hands-on operational support, he helps second-home owners turn their short-term rentals into reliable, money-making-machines--without sacrificing quality or service.
